To measure and understand human behaviour, and to design better ways to work.

I completed my master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology with a focus on online assessment processes. Study and practice in the USA, the UK, Greece and Canada strengthened my ability to show the potential of teams across cultures with scientific data.

Today, as an assessment specialist, I support customer success with SaaS-based solutions, turning my expertise in psychometrics and psychological inventory design into scalable, human-centered strategies.

My aim is to help organizations discover the right talent and strengthen employee development with objective, data-based tools. I am also training in Basic Existential Analysis and offer individual psychological consulting in this approach.

Why these fields belong together

These fields do not feel like separate jobs to me. Psychometrics is a way of measuring human behaviour, organizational psychology a way of making sense of that measurement inside work, and technology a way of scaling it. Individual consulting is the other end of the same question: attending to what measurement cannot hold, one person’s search for meaning.
